How to Get Started / Process

In order to understand each unique need or application, Specialty Design has developed a Automation Engineering Questionnaire for quoting automation and special machine projects. The more information a client can provide, the better SDM can begin to develop a plan to meet realistic goals, expectations, and budgets. Use the RFQ form below to request the Automation Systems Engineering Questionnaire.

Basic steps to requesting an Automation Systems Quote from Specialty Design:

• Determine what you want to accomplish
• Determine your timeline
• Determine you budget, payback criteria, etc.
• Either complete this form and submit as a starting point -or- phone SDM directly and ask to speak with a Sales Engineer
• Complete the Engineering Study Questionnaire (if applicable)
• Arrange site visit, if necessary
• SDM prepares Quotation
• Quotation reviewed with customer
• Customer issues purchase order
