Quality Assurance

Quality control at Specialty Design is organized as a separate and distinct department. SDM assures that quality requirements are determined and satisfied throughout all phases of contract performance.

SDM's Quality Assurance program incorporates all facets of the production process including receiving, machining, fabricating, processing, assembly, inspection, testing, packaging, storing and shipping. It emphasizes defect prevention through the application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques that are fully integrated into our manufacturing process.
